We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order cancellations requested by the customer are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact us at hello@shopcosmic.co to request a cancellation.
